Penny Ayers Segarra, ESQUIRE
Penny Ayers Segarra received a B.A. in French, minor in Japanese, from the Pennsylvania State University. She graduated from the Dickinson School of Law in 1999, before clerking for the Honorable George E. Hoffer of Cumberland County. She is admitted to the Bar of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and the United States Supreme court. She is a member of the Pennsylvania and York County Bar Associations. She is also a member of the York County Bar Association Family Law Section, and the York County Young Lawyers Division.
Her practice focuses on family law, including custody, support, divorce, adoption, name change, and related areas. Penny also focuses on civil litigation and municipal law.
