DOUGLAS FRANCE, ESQUIRE
Douglas France received a B.A. from Bowling Green State University. He received a Juris Doctorate degree from Ohio Northern University. He is admitted to the Bar of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the U.S District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and York County Bar Associations. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Criminal Defense Lawyer's Association, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the Herbert B. Cohen Chapter of the American Inn of Court. He acted as Solicitor for York County Domestic Relations from 1988 to 1994.

Doug's practice focuses in the area of Criminal Defense (state and federal crimes, homicides and drug crimes), environmental civil litigation, commercial litigation, defense contracting fraud, white collar crime, corporate entity defense (state and federal).

Doug resides in York Township with his wife and three children. Doug volunteers on the Executive Board of the Dallastown Ice Hockey Club and provides counsel to the Contemporary Ballet of Pennsylvania.
