Douglas France received a B.A. from Bowling Green State University and a Juris Doctorate degree from Ohio Northern University. He is admitted to the Bar of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.
He is a member of the Pennsylvania and York County Bar Associations, as well as the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the American Association for Justice and the Herbert B. Cohen American Inn of Court. He acted as Solicitor for York County Domestic Relations from 1988 to 1994.
Doug’s practice focuses on criminal defense, civil litigation, commercial litigation, defense contracting fraud, white collar crime, state and federal corporate entity defense, domestic cases and real estate.
Doug resides in York Township and is married with three children. He volunteers on the Executive Board of the Dallastown Ice Hockey Club and provides counsel to the Contemporary Ballet of Pennsylvania.
